The fitness lifestyle and my love for MMA...
Lots of changes, lots of updates, my life has taken a new turn...again!
My love of fitness and athletics and my husband's training in Brazilian
Jiu -jitsu and submission grappling over the years has led me to develop
a very deep interest in the world of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)...even before it began to blow up last year, I was watching UFC
fighters pick each other's game plans apart in a fight to climb to the
top of their weight class.
The countless hours spent in the gym, on the mat, on the bag, and in the
cage has made me appreciate the sport and its athletes even more! They
are my own version of "celebrity" and I admire them for the hard
work and determination it takes to be competitive in this growing sport.
That's why I've taken the time to split my website world in two. I still
love fitness and fitness competitions and will return to the stage again
soon, but don't be surprised if I spend as much time cheering outside of
an octagon as I have spent on my own fitness routines! I love the sport
and the fighters who make it worthwhile to watch!
That being said, feel free to have a look around at the changes I've made
