Nova Fitness and Galaxy Competitions

Organizations: Nova Fitness Federation (NFF - Amateur) & International Nova Fitness Federation (INFF - Pro)

The Nova Fitness Federation (NFF) and its pro division, International Nova Fitness Federation (INFF), continues to host obstacle course and physique competitions based on their original concept that these events should showcase the sportsmanship and athleticism of ALL individuals. At the World Championships, NFF added a "demostration only" Fitness Routine Division. There are plans to make the Fitness Routine Division a permanent part of the overall competition in the 2003 season.

Divisions:

Junior - Boys and girls ages 8 to 17 (Obstacle Course Only)
Women's Open Overall : Ages 18 and over (Obstacle Course and Swimwear)
Women Master's Overall: Ages 35 and over (Obstacle Course and Swimwear)
Women's Obstacle Course Only - Ages 18 and up
Women's Figure Only - Ages 18 and up
Men's - Ages 18 and up (Obstacle Course Only)

Organization: Snyder Productions (Galaxy Beauty and Figure Pageants)

George Snyder, the creator of the Miss Galaxy Competition, will be changing "Galaxy's" direction. Mr. Snyder has decided that a new venue is needed to include many attractive and popular women who do not feel they can compete due to the athletic skills required in events such as the Nova Fitness Championship Series. His new "Galaxy Beauty and Figure Competition" will not require any athletic skills such as the obstacle course or fitness routine. It will instead focus on soft feminine posing.
