Organization: Wally Boyko Productions, Inc. & International Fitness Sanctioning Body (IFSB)
Ms. Fitness produces televised events for FOX SportsNet and prints its
own magazine allowing for maximum exposure of its athletes. The competitions are divided
into three (3) rounds: Evening Gown (Beauty, Poise & Projection), Swimwear,
and Fitness Wear/Routine. Competitors are asked to appear attainable, healthy,
and relaxed on stage. Recent rule updates even allow fitness athletes to
compete in other organizations until "pro" status (when an athlete
accepts cash or cash prizes (i.e. car, vacations trips, etc.) is attained.
The organization sanctions events throughout the U.S. making it more accessible
to the beginning fitness competitor.
